Come on, admit it.  You have either played the game or have thought of playing the game.  After all, the game of strip poker is not limited to rowdy college students who got down on their luck at Vegas and are just consoling themselves with their losses, or who just want to have a night of wild fun at their dorms.  Strip poker can be a clean, social game – for those who want to keep it clean.

It cannot be denied that online strip poker rooms are getting their own share of notoriety that is quite at a level with the popularity being enjoyed by the straight online poker rooms.  As far as we know, these online strip poker rooms are run by independent groups that are not associated with the mainstream online casinos.  And the thing is that plenty of these online strip poker games can be played for free, whether you sign up as a member of the online strip poker room or not.

The idea behind an online strip poker game is that you get to play poker with a model and see if you can get her (or him, in some websites) to lose a round and drop items of clothing for you.  In some websites, you get to interact only with an AI and the images you see are just photographs of the models in various stages of undress.  In some websites, however, you get to interact with a real model through video streaming.

Sounds racy, doesn’t it?  However, do not make the mistake that you can easily force the model to strip down with your impeccable poker skills.  The AI won’t let you win that easily, and probably the live models won’t either.

If playing strip poker online alone in front of your computer makes you feel like some kind of sad pervert, and that of course isn’t saying that you are so, nothing is stopping you from inviting a few friends over to play strip poker.  To keep things clean and so all of you will still remain friends in the morning, you can set up some ground rules, such as all participants must know how to play poker.  You can also agree to let the loser go once he or she is down to his or her underwear.  In that way, the game will be fun without hurting anyone’s sensibilities, although why would anyone agree to a game of strip poker if he or she is that much of a prude, anyway?

But more importantly, if you are going to set up a night of playing strip poker with your friends, make sure that you are staying in a confined and completely private place.  Also, better make a quick check if playing poker is legal in your city or state.  With this, you can avoid getting hauled out by the cops in various stages of undress and spend the night chilling inside a cell rather than having fun.

Wild fun is what strip poker is all about.  But wild as it is, it can be as clean as you want it to be.  The important thing is that you all have fun.
