Gambling is considered as the most popular form of leisure activity playing which you can earn some quick money also. This is the only leisure activity which gives you both enjoyment and money at a time provided that you have to win the game otherwise you may suffer lose. Gambling is a very popular game worldwide. But there are lots of controversies regarding legality of gambling as well as morality of gambling. Gambling is quite common in Western Country and law also to some extent propagates gambling on those countries. But there is always an argument regarding gambling activity. Tough maximum people do not have a liberal view for gambling but there are some advantages of gambling that no one can ignore. 

Gambling: A pleasure Activity:

Gambling is very much a pleasure activity for people. From the time immemorial gambling was played for enjoyment. There are various forms of gambling activity from card gambling to sports betting. Today people can gamble online also. Online gambling is a recent evolution in gambling activity. In online gambling you need not have to go to casino; you can play it from your home only through Internet. Now gambling entertainment is on your doorstep. Gambling activity undergone a drastic change in recent year and way of playing gambling has got some new direction. In many states you find cruise or boat gambling, which provides you gambling entertainment in middle of the sea. It's a legitimate form of entertainment, no different than going to a movie or the theater

If gambling gives you pleasure than it obviously boost your states economy. Government able to collects a huge amount of taxes from gambling activity. Casinos, online gambling provider and other gambling industries are liable for tax. The gambler who won money is also liable to pay tax to government. This taxes really help in states economic growth.

Gambling and Tourism:

Gambling also encourages tourism. People are traveling from one place another in order to gambling. Las Vegas, Texas, Florida is famous for gambling and there are so many tourists coming every year to play gambling. Therefore government gets huge revenue from these gambling tourists.

Gambling bring Employment:

Gambling activity also help in reducing unemployment problem. Gambling industry engages good numbers of people, which really cut down the unemployment problem.

Gambling and Crime:

Though many believe that gambling increases crime but research proved that crime don't increase when a casino opened.

Thus gambling has really some benefits with its basic pleasure activity. So its up to you whether you want gambling or not.
