Definition of cheating
No definition can include the full scope of gambling. it
is a very wide term which can include almost every thing
to take any unfair advantage over another person.
Cheating can be obtained from the deception, fraud and
trickery. It is considered immoral and unethical to
cheat in gambling. There are heavy punishments implied
by the law on the act of cheating. Cheating can be
defined in the narrow sense of the term as any behavior,
intended to take unfair advantage over the other and it
is not accepted in the rules of the games. It is very
difficult for a normal person to cheat in the gambling
game, but the professional gamblers can easily cheat and
it is very difficult to detect the cheating.
Cheating done by the gamblers
It is not rare in the gambling to cheat or use any other
means. The professional cheaters have many tricks under
their sleeves. The tricks that are mostly used in the
gambling is the unfair dealing. If you are not careful
enough then, professional gamblers can deal the cards in
such a way that there is a possibility that the desired
card would come their side. It is a clear case of
cheating. The other way of cheating is to replace the
cards in between the game. This happens only when the
other gambler is careless. The gamblers also sometimes
cheats the casino by using special soft wares for the
roulette and slot machines. There are many other cheating
tricks. It is seen that most of the cheater gamblers
operate as a group. Each member in the group has the
different function, but the same aim as to cheat the
other gambler or the casino. It is advisable to all the
gamblers to keep their eyes and ears open to protect
themselves from the cheating incidents.
Cheating by the casino
It is seen that sometimes the casino can also cheat the
gamblers. The casinos normally use special software's in
the electronic machines to gain an unfair advantage over
the other gamblers. It is really difficult for a man
with ordinary prudence to detect this
cheating. To stop
the cheating activities by the casino, most of the
states in USA have created the gambling control
commissions.
