What is cheating?
It is not easy to define
cheating because there are many tricks for cheating
which can also be called the use of brilliant skill of
the player. But it can be said that cheating is any
behavior outside the rules of the game that is intended
to give an unfair benefit to the players who are using
these tricks. Cheating is also termed as an act or
omission of deception, fraud, trickery. Cheating
materially is employed to create an unfair advantage,
usually in one's own interest, and often at the expense
of others. Cheating implies the breaking of rules. The
term cheating is less applicable to the breaking of laws
or set rules of the game, as all illegal activities are
referred to by specific legal terminology such as fraud
or corruption. Casino cheating is usually defined as
actions which against the rules of the casino. An act of
cheating may or may not be illegal depending on the
discretion of the casino.
What are the various
types of cheating?
Cheating in any card game
is very common and so also cheating in poker is also
very common and it is prevalent since the poker was
invented. There is a distinction between hard cheating
and soft cheating. Hard cheating word is used for the
professional player who cheats always when they play and
sometimes they cheat in groups, they make good fortune
from the gambling by cheating. whereas in the soft
cheater are the person who cheats very occasionally may
be at a friendly gambling at home playing poker or when
they get an easy chance to cheat. There are also many
types of cheating in the card games such as use of
marked cards, use of dealing skills, switching cards and
also some other methods

alone, but the most of the card

operate in pairs or small groups. They have different
ways of cheating and there is a different work for every
member in the group. Most casinos to combat this problem
has a proper procedure of shuffling cards, dealing
cards, storing and opening new decks of cards, etc. they
have an extensive array of cameras and recorders which
monitor and record all the action in a casino. There is
also much software to detect the card cheats. Because of
these equipments the casinos are usually a safe place to
gamble.
