harm in using the gambling as a way of charity. Gambling
is a attractive source of money so why not using it for
charitable purpose after all the gambling institutions
are not illegal and also running without any
interference of the government. It would be much more
practical and useful that the money should be raised for
the non-profit groups, universities, charities and
foundations by the gambling as the government uses it
for raising the revenue.
