Ocean Jewel Employees Face Lay Offs As reported by the Tampa Tribune: "Titan Cruise Lines, the St. Petersburg-based firm that operates the Ocean Jewel casino ship, intends to lay off 415 workers in October, according to papers the company filed withthe state Wednesday.
