Pittsburgh Task Force Prepares for Applications As reported by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: "As details about Pittsburgh's three competing casino proposals emerge, the city's Gaming Task Force is preparing for a commensurate increase in what has so far been a light workload. "The task force hopes to attract a few volunteer experts to help them wade through the reams of financial projections, traffic studies and other complex information included in the 'community impact statements' compiled by each of the casino applicants. "…In a meeting yesterday, the group said it hopes to add experts from the fields of traffic, architecture and financial auditing, as well as volunteers from the neighborhoods that would be affected by the proposed casinos.
