Kentucky Casino Vote Bill Filed As reported by the Kentucky Courier-Journal: "A Woodford County legislator filed bills yesterday that would let Kentucky voters decide whether casinos should be allowed solely at racetracks. "The filings set up a potential battle over expanded gambling in the second half of the General Assembly session. "The two House bills filed yesterday by Rep.
