Kentucky Horse Group Decides Gambling Position As reported by the Kentucky Courier-Journal: "The Kentucky Equine Education Project has decided its position on expanded gambling legislation. It just hasn't divulged it.
"But the statewide horse lobby -- known as KEEP -- plans to announce tomorrow in Frankfort a 'bold legislative initiative' aimed at safeguarding Kentucky's horse industry and generating revenue for the state.
