California Official Clarifies Comments As reported by the Reds Bluff Daily: "Tehama County Chief Administrator Bill Goodwin on Tuesday clarified comments that he made last week during a board of supervisors meeting about a $750 Rolling Hills Casino donation to the county. "At the beginning of Tuesday's meeting, Goodwin read from a two-page prepared statement on the issue. He prefaced his comments by saying that things he said last week 'were incorrect.' "At the Dec. 6 meeting, county resident John Elko raised a concern about a potential conflict of interest between the Rolling Hills Casino and the county.
