Pennsylvania Board Rejects 3 Applications As reported by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: "Thamer Collins' plan to build a slot machine casino in West Homestead faced long odds from the get-go, but yesterday state gaming regulators slammed the door completely. "The seven-member Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board refused to consider his application for a casino license because he failed to provide two key pieces of financial information.
