The most popular online poker game is Texas Holdem. In this game, players have the best ability to try and determine what other players are holding. The reason for this is that the majority of the cards are visible to the all the players.

The game starts off by everyone at the table being dealt two cards. The two players to the left of the are known as the blinds, and they must put in money before they even see their cards. In an Online Poker Game, this is easy to figure out because it is done automatically.
Playing Online Poker Game
After each player gets his cards, they have a choice to stay in the hand by betting, raising, or getting out of the hand by folding. Then three cards are dealt face up on the table. These are community cards and anyone can use them. The interesting part of the online poker game is what happens next.
At this point everyone has an idea of where they stand, and what cards could help or hurt them. Two more cards are then dealt face up, one at a time. Betting takes place after each one. The players that are still in the hand then flip over their cards and the best hand then takes the pot.
