DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) – The Iowa Lottery is urging Congress to reject proposals to authorize federal regulation of Internet gambling. The Des Moines Register reports ( http://dmreg.co/WYqG1f ) that Lottery CEO Terry Rich recently traveled to Washington, D.C. to lobby on the issue with the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries.
