Since April 1 1998, gambling was sentenced as a legal source of entertainment all over America. However, this law varies with state and the games to be considered as legal. Since the 1st of April all the American states started paying more attention to gambling so as to gain more entertainment revenue. In this pursuit the state of Michigan cannot lag behind. The state of Michigan has defined State Lottery, Horse Racing, Charitable Gaming which includes bingo and raffles, Indian Casino Gaming and Non Indian Casino Gaming as legal.
