Announces Purchase of Assets from Spur Gaming Systems New Products Complement Entertainment Product Offerings Shuffle Master, Inc. announced today that it has purchased certain assets from MultiShift, Inc., dba Spur Gaming Systems (SGS), a privately held corporation that develops and distributes table games and related products to casinos throughout North America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Shuffle Master will own the underlying patents and trademarks for five proprietary games including Jackpot Pai Gow Poker(TM) and Progressive Jackpot Pai Gow Poker(TM). SGS currently has over 50 side bet table games installed throughout North America and this acquisition adds to Shuffle Master's side bet table games product portfolio that includes the popular licensed brands Fortune Pai Gow Poker, Royal Match, Dragon Bonus and Bet the Set "21".
