Pennsylvania Lottery Players Win Trip

Ten Pennsylvania Lottery players who entered the Hold ‘Em Poker instant game’s second-chance drawing were randomly selected to receive a trip to a U.S. World Series of Poker Tournament, or its $20,000 cash value. The 10 contestants, out of 150,000 contest entries, will each receive a seat at a World Series of Poker tournament event (maximum of $10,000 buy-in), round-trip airfare for two, hotel accommodations for six nights/seven days at a first-class hotel selected by the Lottery, and $1,000 in spending money. Second-chance drawing winners may elect to take the $20,000 cash value of the prize package; winners under age 21 will automatically receive the cash prize.

The second-chance drawing winners are: Mary August, Scranton, Lackawanna County; Bradley Spencer, Titusville, Crawford County; Jim Kash, Pennsburg, Montgomery County; Stephen Krushinsky, Chambersburg, Franklin County; Elmer L. Weimer, James Creek (Markelsburg), Huntingdon County; William D. Stem, Fairfield, Adams County; Frances Rendulic, Belle Vernon, Washington County; Tom Deglmann, Camp Hill, Cumberland County; Dan Hradesky, Monroeville, Allegheny County; and, James Mossburg, McKeesport, Allegheny County.

The Pennsylvania Lottery’s $100,000 Hold ‘Em Poker is a $5 instant ticket with four $100,000 top prizes, four $50,000 prizes, and 12 World Series of Poker tournament prize packages still remaining in the game. To date, all winners of the Poker tournament prize have opted to take the $20,000 cash value of the prize package.
