Gambling is a common tern for various games. Different
forms of gambling gave their different and distinct
history but have some or the other connection with each
other. Gambling was and will always play an important
part in the history and prevailing form of entertainment
for all the people the rich as the poor. If we go deep
in the gambling history then it would take several books
to look into. The history of gambling in America goes
very deep. The Americans bet on every for of game,
whether to start a game by tossing a coin and by just
betting on cards to decide a win.
Some of the early writings of the gambling history go
back to 1500. In the ancient Egypt there have not been
found any such evidence to prove gambling in the
country, though the historical records say that Egyptian
law strictly did not allow gambling. In the ancient
Greece gambling started with the common dice rolling and
the cock fighting.
The First Casino in America
Most of the gambling games came up from the Deep South
River before the war between the states of the south.
The south states brought with them games and desire to
spread wealth through games. In a sense the first casino
in America was a large parlor on the Mississippi River
bank. The first casino as a land based casino was the
Brown’s Saloon, which opened for entertainment in 1833.
The Las Vegas was off course the first state to legalize
casino style gambling in 1931.
The Gambling Machine.
In
the beginning on the twentieth century several changes
took place in the gambling casinos. The gambling machine
known today as the slot machine gave birth and the
gamblers found a new face for cultural and leisure
activities. The machine was designed in such a way that
it displayed pictures of the different cards and suits
making the machine interesting. The machine then turned
to the first video slot machine in the year 1970 and
today the most popular electronic machines are with all
the facilities the gambler requires.

As
with the ancient civilizations, the founding of new
world in gambling as the first online casino came
quickly to the internet. In the mid 1970’s random number
generators were already commonly used to develop games
of chance on computer.
