is Missouri. The state government has said that only a
few gaming activities can be allowed in the cruise. The
state Supreme Court has said that only games like
blackjack and poker may be permitted because they
involve a lot of skills and not just luck, where as
games like slot machine and some table games are not
allowed as the winning depend on luck. The Court has
also decided to give license to both modern and
historical riverboats. Obeying these restrictions the
state now has over twenty-five casinos licensed to
gamble on riverboat.
