If you want to try your luck in gambling and do not want to go all the way to Las Vegas to do so, then Florida is the best solution for it. The Florida state government permits one to gamble in Lotto, Indian Casinos, Greyhound dog tracks, horse racing tracks and off-shore casino cruises.

Before starting any act of gambling in Florida one must abide to some laws set specially for gambling by the Florida state government. According to theses rules one has to be a major i.e. above 18 years of age and mentally normal to gamble. If you are not a major you may gamble under the supervision of an adult. One is not permitted to take any of the gambling instruments out of the gambling room or hall or place. If any of the rules are violated then one has to pay a stipulated fine.

The Seminole Indians were to first to open a casino in West, Central and South Florida. Then the Miccossukee Indians followed suit. The Florida Lottery, Fantasy 5, Mega Money are some of the places oin Florida where one can play Lotto.
