Gambling is the most interesting
gambling game in the state of Virginia. The state of
West Virginia has a total of four casinos and gambling
facilities and has four cities to gamble in. The total
number of gaming machines in the state of West Virginia
is 10700(one thousand seven hundred) and the total
number of table games is 0 which is used in the gambling
game .There are 4 pari-mutuel facilities in West
Virginia, all of which are racinos. The city of Charles
Town has the most casinos with 1 casino in the Charles
Town.
Types and trend of game
There are two gaming
machines and five table games in Charles Town. The
largest casino in the state of West Virginia is in
Charles Town Races and Slots located in Charles Town
with zero table games and 3500( thirty five thousand)

Laws: Recovery of money or property lost in gaming.
There are set of rule,
which is too followed when you are gambling in the
West Virginia.
If any person shall lose
the game to another within twenty-four hours ten dollars
or more, or property of that value, and shall pay or
deliver the same, any part thereof, such loser may
recover back from the winner the money or property, or
instead of the property the value thereof, so lost, by
suit in court, or before a justice, according to the
amount or value, brought within three months after such
payment. The loser may so recover from the winner,
notwithstanding the payment and delivery was to the
winner's indorse, assignee, or transferee. But nothing
in this law shall be so construed as to permit a
recovery of such property, or its value, from any person
(or those claiming under him) other than the winner,
when such person has to paid value for such property
without notice of illegal consideration under which the
winner derived his claim of title.
