Is The
Casino You Are Visiting Being Hospitable?
Firstly, what is
hospitality? Well, an act or practice is said to be
hospitable, when guests, visitors, or strangers receive
good reception and entertainment with liberality and
goodwill. While a public room or building for gambling
and other entertainment is casino. Then one might wonder
what a casino has got to do with hospitality and visa
versa? Well, the fact is that in today’s world the
competition is at the peak. If both casino A and casino
B are offering you with the same gambling games, similar
bonuses and about the payouts, which one will you go to?
However in casino A, you have a doorkeeper who opens the
door and says” good evening madam/sir” while in Casino B
the doorkeeper hardly bother to even stand up when you
come in. Anybody will prefer to visit casino A over
casino B for obvious reasons. Sometimes it could be that
casino B is closer for you to go to but even then you
would be happier traveling further to casino A. why?
This is because you receive better
hospitality at casino
A and so you feel like going to that place again rather
than the place where you did not get it.
What Hospitality
Should A Casino Provide For Its Guests?
Hospitality of a casino
should begin as soon as a visitor is outside a casino.
The casino should place a person at the door to open the
door or at least greet the customers. Once inside, the
staff at the reception should also be very polite and
should greet the customer. The staff should be well
versed with the various games and their rules to explain
the new guests or amateur gamblers about them. Further,
if the casino can cater to the special needs of the
customers for example, accommodating the nonsmokers in a
separate room it, it will help to get more guests. Thus
hospitality is very important not only for a casino but
for an airlines, a restaurant, a hotel etc. It is only
through good hospitality that one can maintain good
relations with one’s guests and it is only through good
hospitality that one can get the guests to come back
again and again and again!
