Thomas Roland Fowler passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of December 17, 2011, at the age of 62. He was born on April 13, 1949 in Anacortes, WA, during a major earthquake. Tom grew up in Spokane, WA with his sister, Penny, and brother, Dan, who were both by Tom’s side when he passed.
