It is believed that the over-all market for online gambling is about $49 billion world-wide.

Many of the online gamblers think that, online gambling is legal in the US. Contrary to their thoughts, online gambling operation is illegal in the US, and bars any company to set up any sort of gambling operation. This law holds good outside those states which sponsor such activity, which includes some of the legalized operations, such as, lotteries, horse racing, or riverboat gaming, and this varies from state to state. To take an example, the law in Tennessee says that, “a person commits an offense who knowingly engages in gambling.”
