State Senator John Defrancisco has co-sponsored a bill to raise the fines for people illegally using handicap parking spaced. Under the new law, someone could get a $50 to $100 fine for the first offense. The bill has passed in the senate and has been forwarded on to the state assembly.Fast Feedback (WSTM-TV NBC 3)
