Star Calendar - Aldergrove Star



I recently ran across this article on IBD on the Road and thought about travel with my tummy troubles. It is very easy to want to stay at home when you have Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis. You know where the bathroom is, you have laundry facilities,.Travel and IBD


I just returned from an internal conference filled with outside speakers, panel sessions and smaller group presentations. Sessions were live-blogged, table topics at lunch were encouraged, and evening activies were planned. Did all of this produce.War Stories
