Panagiotakos, a power broker on the Senate's Ways and Means Committee, lauded many of Patrick's ideas but noted that the state has limited financial resources and will have take care of the most pressing problems like education aid, higher-ed funding and job creation initiatives. He also said Patrick and the Legislative should revisit the expanded gambling issue.
