As reported by the CBC: "The New Brunswick government says it will hold a
plebiscite next year on whether video gambling machines should be banned.
"The plebiscite will coincide with municipal elections. "Finance Minister
Norm Betts won't say whether the government will consider the outcome of the
vote binding..."
