Spectre Gaming, Inc. announced today that it has received certification,
from an independent testing lab, that its AWP devices meet the widely used
"Application of Skill" test. D. Bradly Olah, President of Spectre Gaming
stated, "I congratulate our engineering team and our compliance staff in
completing this critical certification for Spectre and its AWP games."
Florida law allows amusement with prize (AWP) or redemption games to be
distributed and played throughout the state as long as the games meet
certain requirements and are operated in certain venues. A central
requirement is that the game must be a game of skill, but the law does not
define what skill is. A general guide used by many jurisdictions within
Florida has been a test/process known generally as the New Jersey skill
test.

To support the compliancy of Spectre's AWP games in Florida, Spectre
voluntarily submitted its games to Nick Farley & Associates for evaluation
and confirmation that its games had the requisite skill component. Based on
the Farley laboratory's review, they recommended Spectre's game for
certification for use in the state of New Jersey. Based on this opinion,
Spectre further believes that its games will be deemed compliant in Florida.

Nick Farley & Associates is a full service regulatory compliance test
laboratory and electronic gaming device consulting organization. Serving the
regulated gaming, amusement and vending industries, its management has been
testing electronic gaming equipment for all regulated jurisdictions since
1987. In addition to regulatory compliance testing, they also provide expert
testimony regarding electronic gaming and amusement devices in numerous
jurisdictions, including jurisdictions within Florida.

Mr. Olah went on to say, "With this recent certification, Spectre is now in
position to deliver what it believes to be the only compliant system within
the Florida marketplace. This market has historically been served by 'grey
area' suppliers who have delivered games that are constantly being
challenged by States Prosecutors and local Sheriffs who have no defined
standard on the application of skill.
