Minister Hopes Lotto Win Won't Encourage Gambling

As reported by the (New Zealand) Newswire: "A Northland Minister says she
hopes a massive Lotto win from a ticket bought in Kaeo will not encourage
more spending on gambling. "The largest ever Powerball jackpot was worth a
record $17.7 million. "...The winner has yet to come forward, and it is not
known whether the jackpot went to a local or a traveller passing through the
town..."
