today announced its plans to turn Bowling in Dunbartonshire into a gambling
mecca for international high-rollers. ". the US casino giant would spearhead
the redevelopment of a disused Esso terminal at Bowling, which lies between
Clydebank and Dumbarton. ". the ambitious development would create 5000 new
jobs and include luxury hotel, restaurants, bars and a site where cruise
ships could berth.

"Harrah's today confirmed its blueprint would also incorporate a new railway
station and helicopter landing pads.

"A dock for cruise ships may also include facilities for hovercrafts."
