Cheating is so common in every aspect of gambling because unethical gamblers just want to win, it doesnt bother them that what strategy that they use to win. It is not easy to define cheating because there are many tricks for cheating which can also be called the use of brilliant skill of the player. But it can be said that cheating is any behavior outside the rules of the game that is intended to give an unfair benefit to the players who are using these tricks. There is a distinction between hard cheating and soft cheating. Cheating implies the breaking of rules. The term cheating is less applicable to the breaking of laws or set rules of the game, as all illegal activities are referred to by specific legal terminology such as fraud or corruption. Casino cheating is usually defined as actions which against the rules of the casino. An act of cheating may or may not be illegal depending on the discretion of the casino.
