Over the next coming years technological change is likely to lead to the introduction of new forms of gambling. There will be even greater access to gambling products. How governments will respond to these new gambling products is a fact not known. There are some laws and prohibitions bills which prohibits the provision of some interactive gambling services, signals the intention of the Government to stop some forms of internet gambling. It is not clear that even if new products are introduced to the market, these will have a significant impact on government revenue.
