One of the most fun, but least understood casino games is craps. This is the game that is played on a large table, has several dealers, and a set of dice. These casino games are hard to learn simply by observing them. Yet, the concept of the game is simple, and can be taught very quickly.
The game begins with a bet on the pass line. This is the main bet of the entire game. On the first roll, if the dice add up to seven or eleven you win. If they add up to two, three, or twelve you lose. In these situations the dealers pay out accordingly and it remains the "first roll."

If any other number is rolled, that number becomes the point. It is marked on the table by a white button that will say "on." The object is now for the shooter to roll that same number again before he or she rolls a seven. If she does, then the entire table is a winner. They can continue rolling until either a seven or the point is hit.
There are also several other bets that can be made while you are waiting for the roll that concludes the round. These are usually clearly marked on the table, with the payouts labeled under them. If you are not sure about what a bet means, you can ask a dealer, they are always glad to help explain.
